Personal data we collect
The adaptive first-contact form collects your name, an optional role or capacity, an optional subject and message, one reply route (email address or telephone number), and the broad area, matter, capacity and timing you select. It also submits limited codes identifying the Demain page from which you opened Contact. It does not submit assessment answers, scores, result wording or inferred urgency, and it has no document or upload field.
The form is intended only to establish an appropriate next channel. Keep the subject and message general. Do not submit sensitive private records, financial or health information, credentials, secrets, privileged material, classified or export-controlled material, system access, or incident evidence.
A Contact link may use one-use session storage to preselect broad categories and carry those source codes into the form submission. The stored value contains no assessment answers, scores, result wording or identity, is removed when Contact reads it, and is rejected if unread after 30 minutes. The selected categories remain editable. The source codes are not shown in the form but accompany the internal email so Demain can understand where the approach began.
The website may also generate limited technical data, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, date and time of access, and security logs needed to operate and protect the site.
Purposes
We use personal data to route and respond to enquiries, take steps requested before a possible engagement, evaluate whether Demain Intelligence can assist, manage professional relationships, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, keep appropriate administrative records, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Recipients and providers
First-contact submissions are delivered to Demain Intelligence through an ordinary email service. The form service does not place the submitted form body in an application database. It records only a non-sensitive reference, delivery outcome, and operational timing; short-lived keyed network identifiers are used to limit abuse without retaining the raw address in the rate-limit store. Web and mail providers may process the technical and message data necessary to deliver and secure the request.
Personal data may otherwise be shared with service providers who support hosting, communications, security, administration, or professional advice. Where a client engagement requires it, information may also be shared with banks, custodians, lawyers, tax advisers, medical providers, logistics providers, or other appointed professional counterparties, strictly according to the relevant instruction, mandate, or legal obligation.
International transfers
Some providers or counterparties may be located outside Switzerland. Where this occurs, Demain Intelligence uses appropriate contractual, organisational, or legal safeguards.
Retention
First-contact messages are retained in Demain Intelligence's communications records only for as long as needed to assess and respond to the approach and meet legitimate administrative, security, contractual, or legal requirements. Keyed anti-abuse entries are automatically bounded and expire after no more than 24 hours. Other personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or data portability, or you may object to certain processing. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
No sale of personal data
Demain Intelligence does not sell personal data.
